Returns (if applicable)

A product once delivered cannot be returned. However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the product:

MANUFACTURING FAULT: 

Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control at AKAARO CLOTHING LLP , if there is a product defect for which we are responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one  Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible we will re-make the item you purchased.

ALTERATIONS:

If you have placed an order with a customised size and it doesn’t fit you as per your requirement  we can offer to alter it for a perfect fit. You can send us an email at    contact@akaaro.com  in case of sizing issue. Depending on where you live and the nature of the alteration required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

RETURNING ITEMS 

If you return your item(s) by post or courier, please email us at  contact@akaaro.com  with your name, address, order number and reason for returning the item(s).

Ensure your items are securely wrapped and don’t get damaged in transit.
AKAARO CLOTHING LLP cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. It is advisable that you send any item for return to us by a registered courier company. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it. Also note cost of the return will be borne by customer.

Pieces bought in sale/ special pricing are non-refundable and non-returnable

Exchange (if applicable)

Making an exchange is easy. Just email to contact@akaaro.com within 5 days of receiving your order and return the items within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Sale items can't be returned.
- For Returns and Exchange shipping within India is take care by the brand.
- For returns and exchange in India and overseas , product will come with additional shipping charges.

No returns / exchanges or alterations in SALE / Special Prices items.
